The words we speak have power and the words we wear have influence. We have learned that our words, much like food, can either provide nourishment or poison.

We have also learned to fast from speaking at times, just like with food, to reduce toxicity and return to harmony, inner peace and clarity. Like the old saying goes, "if you can't say anything kind, don't say anything at all."

I chose the word "starve" because, at this stage, we need the intensity of a starve. This is life or death now. It's time to starve out the parasites, oozing poison, division and fear, as if we are fighting a cancer. Stop feeding them, and they will die.
We don't focus on the poison.
We focus on the healing.
So, NOURISH OR STARVE, because
poison is not an option.
